GLOBAL EDUCATION & RETAIL APPRENTICE  

FRAGANCE -  RETAIL EXCELLENCE DEPARTMENT 

1 year apprenticeship starting September 2026 

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

This role reports to the Senior Fragrance Education Project Manager and is based at the Coty Global Office in Paris.  

•  Support the brands in the development of training tools, for each launch for trainers across all markets.  

• Develop and monitor m-learning content for the Beauty Advisor mobile app.  

• Update existing training materials (brand books, training sheets, memo cards, selling ceremonies, etc.).  

• Follow up on specific projects with partner agencies. 

• Maintain direct and regular contact with Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Merchandising, and Trade Marketing teams.  

• Ensure respect for timelines, delivery, and implementation of assets.  

• Coordinate olfactive kits with fragrance houses for each launch: collect market needs and manage shipment coordination. 

• Monitor and stay informed on industry trends related to retail field experiences.  

PROFILE: 

• Master student (gap year or end-of-studies) in a business school or university 

• A previous work experience in luxury beauty sales and/or education would be a plus 

• Excellent communicator in English – both verbal & written 

• Creative, open-minded, proactive enthusiasm, teamwork, agility, and flexibility 

• Good communication and presentation skills 

• Able to deal with a fast-paced work environment 

• Digital savvy 

• Retail minded/consumer centric: experience in Dept. Stores, perfumeries, beauty retailers, pharmacies or boutiques highly appreciated
