Role Context
You will be integrated into a multicultural and collaborative environment where workplace excellence, safety, and employee experience are critical contributors to business performance. In this role, you lead all on‑site Workplace Services activities and act as Coty’s representative within an Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) model, partnering closely with cross‑functional teams to support business continuity and growth.
Role Purpose
As Workplace Services Senior Manager, you are accountable for the end‑to‑end delivery, quality, and continuous improvement of workplace and facilities services at site level.
You act as the key business partner for site leadership and functions, ensuring safe, compliant, and cost‑effective operations while delivering a high‑quality, inclusive, and engaging workplace experience aligned with Coty’s culture and strategic objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your Focus
Site Operations & Facilities Management
- Own overall workplace and facilities performance at site level, ensuring operational excellence, safety, and compliance
- Oversee delivery of hard and soft FM services through IFM partners and specialist suppliers
- Lead office moves, refurbishments, workplace projects, and space optimisation initiatives
- Monitor service performance, asset condition, workplace utilisation, and trends to drive continuous improvement
Vendor, Contract & Financial Management
- Act as site owner for IFM and local service provider relationships
- Support contract governance, SLA performance reviews, and service improvement actions
- Manage site‑level workplace and facilities budgets, including POs, invoice approvals, forecasting, and cost tracking
- Identify and drive cost optimisation opportunities while maintaining service quality and employee experience
Health, Safety, Security & Compliance
- Serve as the primary site lead for Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), ensuring compliance with local legislation and Coty standards
- Ensure effective completion and follow‑up of risk assessments, incident investigations, near‑miss reporting, and audits
- Coordinate emergency preparedness, fire safety, security arrangements, and business continuity readiness
- Act as key site contact for internal stakeholders, external authorities, and HSE partners
Workplace Experience & Stakeholder Engagement
- Champion a positive, inclusive, and high‑quality workplace experience aligned with Coty’s culture and DEI agenda
- Partner closely with HR, IT, Finance, Procurement, and business teams to support operational and people needs
- Oversee delivery of townhalls, onboarding activities, events, and local employee engagement initiatives
- Provide regular reporting, insights, and recommendations to regional Workplace / Facilities leadership

- Safe, secure, and compliant site with strong audit and risk performance
- Stable and high‑quality workplace service delivery within budget and agreed SLAs
- Measurable improvement in employee workplace satisfaction and engagement
- Effective IFM and vendor performance management with timely issue resolution

With solid experience in workplace or facilities management, you combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and are comfortable operating in complex, matrixed environments.
Experience & Qualifications
- 5–8 years’ experience in workplace or facilities management within a corporate or HQ environment
- Proven experience working within an IFM or outsourced FM model
- Strong background in budget ownership, vendor, and contract management
- Solid HSE expertise; IOSH certification required (NEBOSH desirable depending on country)
- Stakeholder‑savvy, data‑driven, and comfortable influencing without authority
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
