GLOBAL FRAGRANCE & MAKEUP EDUCATION PROJECT MANAGER

We’re looking for a Global Fragrance & Makeup Education Project Manager to join our Global Education Team based in Paris. As part of the team, this person will support the daily work of the Global Fragrance and Makeup Education Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main focus: 

• Design Education toolkits for each product launch.
• Create mobile learnings for the Beauty Advisor mobile application.
• Plan and facilitate Train-the-Trainers sessions, including onboarding workshops, international seminars, and virtual trainings.
• Oversee deadlines, delivery, and implementation of all educational assets, while continuously optimizing tools, processes, and communication workflows.
• Collaborate closely with all Global Fragrance and Makeup 360 teams, including Merchandising, Digital, Influencer Marketing, Marketing, and Trade Marketing.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You are a beauty junky, innovative, rigorous, retail-oriented and a good team player. As a Global Fragrance & Makeup Education Project Manager, you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:

• Have +2 years of project management in luxury beauty sales and/or education.
• Are an excellent communicator in English – both verbal & written. 
• Are creative, open-minded, enthusiast, agile and flexible.
• Have good communication and presentation skills.
• Are digital savvy.
