Global eRetail Content Project Manager at COTY - Job description

Start date: ASAP – Permanent contract – Based in Paris – 14 rue du Quatre-Septembre

 

Position:

 

Part of the Global CDO Team and reporting to both the Content VP and eCommerce Indirect VP, the role is responsible for the deployment and go-to-market of the Global approved e-Commerce assets for both Prestige & Consumer Beauty division.

 

The role’s objective is to maximise the quality, consistency and depth of in-market e-Retail executions of COTY Brands, driving Global Brands guidelines, leveraging available content tools and communicating best practices regularly in order to satisfy the needs of the e-Retail channel across all markets.

 

The role interacts both internally to support and drive Global & Local teams with their eRetail executions as well as externally to drive Content agency for e-retail content creation/localization/implementation when needed.

 

Key missions in the role include the below:

 

1/ Own definition of e-Commerce content strategy & guidelines towards the Global Brand teams

  • Responsible of Content guidelines for Fragrances, Skin-Care, Make-up and KCP axis
  • Deployment & training towards the Brand teams

 

2/ Manage and track content availability, multiplicity, quality and commercial readiness for new launches, pillar skus and KCP

  • In charge of e-Commerce content readiness process across all Brands as well as other resources (Copyrights, Brandshop & PDP+ Catalogue…)
  • Work hand-in-hand with Global Brands to accompany them to build successful content
  • Work hand-in-hand with Local e-Com teams for perfect eRetail sites visibility (EU, APAC, Americas, TR)

 

3/ Drive simplification of content accessibility & delivery towards the Local e-Com teams for Coty

  • Own e-Commerce content processes & communication towards the markets
  • Improve processes & tools for best-in-class e-Commerce content go-to-market (incl. PIM/DAM)
  • Partner with external agency when needed for content creation/localization/implementation

 

4/ Build competitive & category knowledge to identify eRetail content best practices and share expertise back to inspire Global Brand teams, Markets and Retailers

  • In charge of eRetailer audits for new launches, pillar skus and KCP
  • Regular competitive audits including insights and recommendations
  • Deployment towards Global Brand teams and Local e-Com teams

 

Profile: The successful candidate will have the following profile:

 

  • 2-3 years of experience in Digital project management
  • Proven record on either (ideally both) Digital content strategy and e-Commerce
  • Interested by the Beauty, skincare or make-up expertise is a nice to have
  • Fluent English & French, both spoken and written, are an absolute must, other languages will be a plus
  • Outlook proficiency, strong technical/creative capability on powerpoint

 

And soft skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), highly collaborative
  • Enthusiastic can-do attitude and passionate about the ever-evolving digital landscape
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan and prioritize
  • Creative & esthetic sense to produce content layout recommendations
  • At ease to communicate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Driven mindset, self-motivated to work autonomously
