Reporting to the Vice President Global Communication Coty Prestige and working closely with the Brand Vice President, this role will support the acceleration of Coty Group in Prestige Skincare with a team of 3 people.
In charge of implementing the global communication Brand strategy this role will execute a robust PR & event action plan focused on Science & Top Influence.
A main part would be dedicated to scientific communication collaborating directly with the Coty R&D and external medical experts including presence of the Brand to international medical symposiums/conferences and dedicated PR tools development. 
His / her second mission is to develop on a global level a long term & genuine community of Friends of the House – celebrities ; opinion leaders & beauty editors - to endorse the Brand and engage their communities.
The plan will be supported by a strong event strategy – global & local – with focus on China & USA. 
Those missions will create a strong resonance for Coty Prestige Skincare brands, on traditional and digital/social communications to drive brand awareness. This role will have direct oversight and be responsible for the tactical execution of online & offline events across markets, oversight of external agencies and vendors, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. 

Responsibilities :


•    Support the development of Orveda communication strategy & execute it properly on each touch point
•    Lead the communication budget with a regular ROI analysis & the right split between the Brand communication pillars 
•    Develop tools, events & partnerships with the scientific community and medical/skin expert in collaboration with Coty R&D 
•    Select Friends of the House and manage their relationships with Orveda through a robust events plan
•    Work closely with the License team with regular reports and approval sessions to facilitate the collaboration & to ensure successful execution of strategies 
•    Deliver guidelines for local and organize regular follow up with the main markets – starting with China & USA
•    Work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, paid media/procurement/legal/finance, to guarantee the best cost & ROI for each action 
•    Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
•    Support the development of breakthrough tools and assets to drive coverage, experiential activations, content creation (videos, images, interviews), partnerships
•    Analyze the events success and prepare reports



Key requirements & skills :
•    10 to 15+ years of experience creating and executing communications strategy & events
•    Strong international skills and culture – world citizen spirit 
•    Leadership management 
•    Extensive international network and experience in managing markets expectations 
•    Strong English language skills (speaking and written) required
•    Experience in a branded luxury business
•    Experience in scientific communication 
•    Experience in major events organization at global and local levels
•    Experience working with or in the Chinese & USA Markets with background on the landscape, platforms, influencer talent and ways of working is a plus
•    Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
•    Collaborative spirit with a positive, problem-solving mindset
•    Strong understanding of the full off/on-line ecosystem incl. print & social media and the top influencer landscape
•    Demonstrate out-of-the-box thinking and creativity, balanced with a sense of business prioritization
•    Active learner who is willing to experiment and be open minded to new ideas and technology
•    Must be able to manage a multitude of assignments at once and prioritize appropriately with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
•    Global experience preferred
