Director Analytics & Strategy - 6 MONTHS MISSION

Our CMI team is looking for an experienced Analytics & Strategy Director for a 6 months mission to strengthen our CMI, data & analytics capabilities to support key strategic initiatives across our Prestige Division.
6 MONTHS MISSION RESPONSABILITES :
- Lead & coordinate international worldwide sell-out panels
- Senior Leadership strategic support (Chief Brand Officer and Chief Commercial Officer): regular sell-out tracking, portfolio analysis (growth models, launch strategies, catalogue support), business opportunities tracking, preparation of all the key internal & external presentations (press...)
- Support of all teams (cross categories, cross expertise) : strategic thinking support, competitive reviews (launches tracking, gifting & pricing strategies)
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- 10 years of experience in CMI, data & analytics and in leadership roles
- Business acumen
- Solid understanding of analytics ecosystems
- Ability to translate complex data topics into clear insights
- Strong strategic thinking combined with a pragmatic approach
- Proven track record of leading international and cross-functional teams
- Experience in cosmetics & luxury environments would be highly valued
- Results-driven, structured and adaptable to fast-changing priorities
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a multicultural and international environment
- Sensitivity to brand image, customer experience and luxury standards
- Fluent in English (French is not mandatory but could be a plus)
- Corporate & Financial Communication support : earning releases, investors relations...
- Identify high-value business use cases
- Lead of the CMI “category knowledge” tools: U&A and ethnographic research
