Digital Manager


Within the COTY Luxury division, participate in shaping and executing the Global digital marketing strategy for the perfume lines of Bottega Veneta, Chloé and Lacoste. 

1.    Potentialisation of a premium / ultra-premium portfolio
• Develop 360° digital marketing activations and best in class E-commerce toolboxes mastering and leveraging each brand’s DNA, positioning and codes for launches and key selling periods.
• Conceptualise digital toolkits that translate the marketing concepts to the rules of the digital eco-system while staying coherent with the brand aesthetic at each touchpoint for a seamless and unique consumer journey
• Leverage social listening insights and digital tribes understanding to shape a competitive digital strategy for each brand
• Transversal project lead with key 360° partners and omni-channel logic
• Adapt 360° toolboxes to the Chinese digital eco-system to accelerate in China

2.    eCommerce acceleration
• Participate in enhancing the 3Y road map for the brands in close collaboration with Global and Local teams
• Build best-in-class toolkits with a ROI driven mindset and in partnership with 360° teams, key markets and fashion houses 
• Overlook the eCommerce toolbox strategy for the brand across all initiatives
• Improve permanent visibility on all eRetailer touchpoints via toolboxes/guidelines creation and continuous eRetailer audits 
• Develop a variety of exclusive eRetailer content, tools and experiences 
• Develop E-retailer templates (pdp+, content page, brand page)
• Track & analyze performance, suggesting opportunities for the brand
3.    Paid Media
• Build and execute global paid campaigns in close collaboration with Global Media and Local teams 
• Create best in class toolkits following Global Media guidelines and support markets for local needs
• Analyze the trends, insights, markets feedbacks to identify any relevant new opportunity for the brand
• Track & analyze performance, suggesting opportunities for brands

4.     Content production
• Understand and analyze the relevant digital tribes to produce authentic and engaging content
• Define content planning strategy for the brand in close collaboration with multifunctional teams
• Coordinate content production with an agency (i.e pitch, agency management, coordination with all the external or internal stakeholders) including:
•    Creative/assets and timeline definition per platform
•    Shooting/production and post-production follow up
•    Adaptation of assets to key channels and touchpoints
•    Guidance for assets usage and déploiement 
5.    Digital amplification 
• Be on permanent watch-out for innovations in line with relevant digital tribes and propose adapted activations 
• Do post mortem analysis of past activations and take into account the learnings with focus on ROI
• Define any relevant digital experience for the brand across all initiatives (offline and online)
• Build a strong & efficient seamless consumer experience 
• Analyze the trends to identify innovation that could be used for consumer experience
• Track & analyze performance, suggesting opportunities for the brand

6. Budget
• Autonomous management of the digital budget with monthly follow-ups  

7. Digital key point of contact for markets and fashion houses 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE (Academic, Professional, Relevant Job Knowledge)
• Master’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication or Related Field, MBA preferred
• Experience in Digital Marketing and/or related experience
• Experience in the luxury industry or Related Field

• High affinity with the luxury industry or a related field and sustainability, an "aesthetic eye", eye for beauty and a particular care for details.
• Strategic- Planning, administration, facilitation, digital platforms, innovation, problem analysis
• Business- Work-flow structuring, monitoring, account administration, automated office systems, multi-tasking, analytical, quantitative, organizational, detail-oriented, time management
• Digital - Understanding of internet technologies and best practices, web design and UX
• Creativity and Innovation - Creativity, Digital savvy, originality, intuition
• Leadership and Personal - communication, objectivity, integrity, dependability, initiative, flexibility, sensitivity, impact, tenacity, autonomy, collaboration
• Fluent in English is a must, previous international exposure is a plus
• Live team spirit and inclusion within our teams. Be accustomed to work cross-functionally, with many internal and external partners and be able to prioritize
