Role Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented Digital Product Data Analyst to evaluate and optimize the performance of features across our e-commerce platforms and clienteling application.
We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented Digital Product Data Analyst to evaluate and optimize the performance of features across our e-commerce platforms and clienteling application.
The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights to identify pain points, measure feature effectiveness, and recommend improvements that enhance user experience and drive business growth.
He plays a key role in turning data into actionable insights that inform product strategy, feature development, and user experience optimization.

This role partners closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Business stakeholders to analyze product usage, measure performance, and guide data‑driven decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities
• Define Product metrics and analyze feature performance on the e-commerce site and clienteling app, including engagement, conversion rates, and retention metrics
• Conduct exploratory analyses to support product discovery
• Monitor KPIs to assess the Digital Product strategy
• Own and implement the CRO strategy
• Own the experimentation roadmap for A/B tests, and ensure learnings are captured and operationalized using A/B testing tools
• Lead Personalization strategy using A/B testing tool and Nosto, analyzing incremental lift and identifying new opportunities to improve conversion
• Identify pain points in the customer journey and propose actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with the Digital Product Management team to prioritize enhancements based on data insights
• Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to define tracking requirements and ensure accurate data capture
• Build dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Google Analytics to visualize performance trends
• Stay updated on industry benchmarks and best practices for e-commerce and clienteling performance

Qualifications and skills
• Experience as a Product Analyst or Data Analyst, ideally in e-commerce
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI)
• Experience with web and app analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, Clarity).
• Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and conversion optimization.
• Excellent communication skills to present insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Rigorous, structured and business oriented
• Fluent in professional English and enjoy working in an international, multicultural environment
• Experience as a Product Analyst or Data Analyst, ideally in e-commerce
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI)
