DIGITAL MANAGER – Prestige CDI

Become our new Digital Manager and be a key member of the brand team. You'll be a real leader, ensuring the launch of a product campaign across all touch points, in partnership with a wide variety of stakeholders

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Digital Manager you are responsible for e-commerce acceleration, Social Media and Project Management.

Your role is to propose and execute the international digital marketing strategy for HUGO BOSS Fragrances trough these 3 main topics.

Your main focus :

• E-Commerce acceleration:
  • Establish and implement the 3Y road map for the brand in close collaboration with Global/Local eCommerce teams
  • Overlook eCommerce toolbox strategy for the brand across all initiatives & develop additional eRetailer relevant content or experience
• Social Media:
  • Manage conversational calendar across all social media channels (Instragram, Facebook, You Tube, Snapchat, Tik Tok, etc…) in close collaboration with the IM team
  • Build and execute global and local paid campaigns, Create best in class toolkits, ensuring budget sufficiency and support markets for local needs, Analyze the trends, insights, markets feedbacks to identify any relevant new opportunity for the brand, track & analyze performance, suggesting opportunities for the brand
• Project Management:
  • Define content planning strategy for the brand in close collaboration with multifunctional teams
  • Define any relevant digital experience for the brand across all initiatives (offline and online)
  • Build a strong & efficient seamless consumer experience and analyze the trends to identify innovation that could be used for consumer experience

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like working with various stakeholders, as an experienced Digital Manager, you have a strong ability to prioritize and manage a wide range of topics and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:

• Have a Master Degree in Digital Marketing, Communication or related field, MBA preferred
• Have a first experience in Digital Management and/or related experience
• Have a solid experience of Digital Project Management / you are capable of creativity and Innovation, Digital savvy, you are tenacious and flexible
• Have leadership / proactivity / great communication skills / Team Spirit and collaboration
• Have a excellent analytical skills / organizational skills / multi-tasking and autonomy
• Master the English & French languages on a near native level, German is a plus
