Global Digital Manager – LANCASTER

MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Propose and execute the international digital marketing strategy for LANCASTER, focusing on Asia (and China more specifically) as a business development priority, and declined to European Market Expansion

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  1. eCommerce acceleration
  • Establish and implement the road map for the brand in close collaboration with Global/Local eCommerce teams, on both Asian and European market ecosystem.
  • Overlook eCommerce toolbox strategy for the brand across all initiatives
  • Develop additional eRetailer relevant content or experience
  • Improve permanent visibility on all eRetailer touchpoints via toolboxes/guidelines creation and continuous eRetailer audits
  • Prepare and kick off Lancaster’s DTC platform for China and Europe
  • Track & analyze performance, suggesting opportunities for the brand

 

  1. Social Media
  • Manage European conversational calendar across all social media channels in Europe (Instagram, Facebook, You Tube, Tik Tok, etc.) and China (WeChat, Douyin, Red, Weibo,…) in close collaboration with the IM team
  • Provide Master creation guidelines, assets, and editorial calendar for China and TR Asia social channels, in partnership with Chinese digital consultant
  • Build and execute global and local paid campaigns in close collaboration with Global Media team
  • Create best in class toolkits, ensuring budget sufficiency and support markets for local needs, both for China and Europe
  • Analyze the trends, insights, markets feedbacks to identify any relevant new opportunity for the brand
  • Track & analyze performance, suggesting opportunities for the brand

 

 

  1.  Content production
  • Define content planning strategy for the brand in close collaboration with marketing, IM and multifunctional teams, in priority for China, then in Europe
  • Coordinate content production with the Studio or specific and China-specialist agencies (i.e pitch, agency management, coordination with all the external or internal stakeholders) including
    • Creative/assets and timeline definition per platform
    • Production and postproduction follow up
    • Guidance for assets usage
    • Deployment deck
  • Track & analyze performance, suggesting opportunities for the brand

 

  1. Digital amplification
  • Define any relevant digital experience for the brand across all initiatives (offline and online) in both China and Europe
  • Build a strong & efficient seamless consumer experience
  • Analyze the trends to identify innovation that could be used for consumer experience
  • Track & analyze performance, suggesting opportunities for the brand

 

 

  1. Point of contact for markets  

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE : (Academic, Professional, Relevant Job Knowledge)

  •  Master’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Communication or Related Field, but self-made experiences and professional paths are also interesting
  •  4-5 years experience in Digital Marketing needed

 

SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED :

  • Strategic- Planning, digital platforms, innovation, problem analysis
  • Attractivity for China digital habits is a must, and basic knowledge for China digital ecosystem would be highly appreciated
  • Business- Work-flow structuring, monitoring, account administration, automated office systems, multi-tasking, analytical, quantitative, organizational, detail-oriented, time management
  • Creativity and Innovation- Creativity, Digital savvy, originality, intuition
  • Leadership and Personal- communication, objectivity, integrity, dependability, initiative, flexibility, sensitivity, impact, tenacity, autonomy, collaboration
  • Fluent in English
