DAM Content Project Manager

ROLE AND DEPARTMENT
We’re looking for a DAM Content Project Manager to join our Global DAM (Digital Asset Management) team, reporting directly to the DAM Content Senior Manager. This role plays a key part in supporting our global content ecosystem by ensuring structured, timely, and quality asset delivery across all channels. Working cross-functionally with global marketing, digital, and merchandising teams, you’ll be the cornerstone of our content governance, driving process excellence and ensuring all brand assets are released with consistency and compliance. With a global scope, this position is critical to optimizing content accessibility and integrity across all markets.
THE ROLE
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring current brand structures are aligned with the brand initiative plan, proposing optimization and reorganization when necessary.
- Training brand teams on content release processes within the DAM for local market use.
- Managing copyright compliance and archiving of content.
- Enforcing workflow standards for asset ingestion, categorization, permissions, version control, delivery, and expiration.
- Deprecating duplicate, obsolete, and non-compliant assets in a timely manner.
- Upholding metadata and file-naming conventions across all asset categories and educating stakeholders on these standards.
- Supporting cross-functional teams (Content Hubs, Marketing, Merchandising, Digital) to improve the asset release process.
- Supervising external partners responsible for asset uploads (including 360 content such as Merch, E-Com, Digital, and Advertising).
The role is based in Paris with the possibility of a hybrid working schedule, up to 50% remote per month.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
We’d love to see candidates who have:
Essential:
• Experience managing complex content ecosystems in a global environment
• Strong knowledge of Digital Asset Management (DAM) tools and processes
• Proven ability to implement and enforce metadata standards and naming conventions
• Familiarity with copyright and content lifecycle management
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and training abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Communication, Digital Marketing, or similar
• Fluent in English
Desirable:
• Previous experience in the beauty, fashion, or luxury industry
• Understanding of 360 marketing asset needs (E-Com, Digital, Retail, Print)
• Knowledge of additional languages
