ROLE AND DEPARTMENT
We are looking for a Community & Content Manager to join our Coty Consumer Marketing French team for our makeup brands Bourjois, Rimmel & Sally Hansen. This is a newly created role that will help COTY speed up on Consumer Engagement, Advocacy and fastly replying to our consumers and engage with them in near real time.
The position reports directly to the Senior Digital Manager Consumer Beauty French market. The Community & Content Manager is integrated into the Digital team and works with the entire marketing team.
THE ROLE
The Community & Content Manager is in charge of developing content adapted to each social networks and brands, strong engagement and love on all Social Media for our Consumer Beauty brands.
She/he is in charge of:
- The editorial calendars: posting content on our Social Media daily on our local social networks accounts including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Youtube and Twitter.
- Create local contents in line with the graphic and editorial charters of each brand and complementary with the global contents, including content highlighting French teams, projects or special days.
- Animate, develop and engage our Community on all those Social Platforms through proactive moderation who is respecting tone of voice and image of our brands. This will be done via our Global Social Media publishing and community management tool Sprinklr.
- Being responsible of engaging and animating our Community of best advocates, select the most engaging in between them and amplify their voices (UGC, Social Sellers, Loyalty/Rewarding,) for her/his market.
- Living the Community and being responsible of discovering trends and engaging content in order to adapt the content we produce to all the different tribes of our consumers changing depending on the brand.
- Being responsible of daily light Social Listening in order to monitor locally our brand’s reputation.
- Analyzing and reporting the results of our organic posting.
- Monitoring the best in class locally from our competitors.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
We’d love to see candidates who have:
- a graduate from a communication or marketing school or university
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience, ideally acquired in a digital department
- an excellent knowledge of the social media and digital ecosystem
- a perfect French spelling and a very good editorial quality + English spoken and written essential
- a creative mindset and a strong project management and analytical skills
- good interpersonal skills, you are curious, energetic with a real talent for communication and you have a taste for teamwork
- Proactive
