MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

The Commercial Readiness Coordinator pilots launch excellence on Coty’s business priorities, working closely with global teams to maximize the performance in the region/markets. Acting as a true business enabler the role ensures accuracy and perfect deliverables on the different systems (PIM/ DAM/ Anaplan) working closely with 360° team, OO teams, supply teams and support teams.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Pilot commercial readiness overview on priority launches to maximize Net Revenues and instore executions working closely with 360° teams and OO teams.
  • Track performance and alert key stakeholders on potential delays that may impact launches in local markets working closely with regional teams.
  • Recommend interventions to maximize performance.
  • Work closely with Initiative leaders and OO teams to ensure alignment on timing deliverables based on masterplan updates and ICW/OCD evolution.
  • Twice a year, align with key markets/ regions commercial readiness needs to stay competitive in a very competitive environment.
  • Manage product code creation: request the opening of new SKUs, ensure correct nomenclature, and align hierarchy and attributes according to global data standards.
  • Supervise the quality of visuals and content in PIM/DAM systems: collaborate with Creation, Regulatory, and Digital teams to ensure assets are complete, validated, and correctly tagged.
  • Ensure Anaplan accuracy to enable perfect launches.

 


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum Bac+3 degree in Marketing, Management, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing operations, data management, financial coordination, or a similar position in the FMCG / Beauty sectors.
  • Familiarity with PIM/DAM tools; experience with Anaplan is a plus.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Analytical mindset and rigor in data and process management
  • Excellent ability to communicate with internal stakeholders
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • Good time and priority management
  • Proficiency in Excel (large data sets, VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
  • Attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Fluent English required; proficiency in French is an asset
