Business Development Intern – Ultra Premium
Internship 6 months - starting July 2026

Shape the growth of Coty’s Ultra Premium brands as Business Development Intern. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

As our Business Development Intern, your main focus is business strategy & performance. 

In this role, you will support the development of the Ultra Premium fragrance cluster, including Infiniment Coty, Etro and Jil Sander. You will contribute to defining business ambitions, optimizing distribution strategies and monitoring commercial performance. Working closely with internal teams and brand license partners, you will help coordinate trade and 360° initiatives while delivering analytical insights on sell-in, sell-out and pricing to support strategic decision-making. 

Your main focus: 

• Contribute to defining business ambitions and distribution strategies across the Ultra Premium cluster. 

• Coordinate trade and 360° initiatives in collaboration with brand license partners and internal teams. 

• Analyze sell-in and sell-out performance to identify opportunities and support commercial decisions. 

• Conduct pricing analysis and provide recommendations to ensure competitiveness and profitability. 

• Prepare business reviews, reports and presentations to support strategic discussions.

The team consists of 1 Business Development Manager and 1 Business Development director and you will work closely together with departments such as Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Sales. YOU ARE A COTY FIT 

You like to analyze business performance and transform insights into actionable recommendations. As a Business Development Intern, you are analytical, proactive and curious, and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you: 

• Have strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with Excel and business data. 

• Demonstrate strong organization and project coordination abilities. 

• Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
