e-Retail Project Coordinator
Apprenticeship 1 Year - Starting September 2026

The e-Retail Project Coordinator will gain hands-on exposure to global e-retail operations within the COTY Prestige portfolio, while directly contributing to eBusiness results.  

RESPONSIBILITIES 

As our e-Retail Project Coordinator, you work closely with Global and Local teams, as well as external partners, to support and drive e-Retail execution and performance. 

In this role, the apprentice supports distribution expansion, conducts ongoing e-retail audits, and analyses online market share performance across a portfolio of iconic fragrance brands (including Chloé, Gucci, Burberry, Marc Jacobs, Calvin Klein, Hugo Boss…). 

Your main focus:  

• Support online distribution expansion: assist in identifying white spaces, reviewing opening request decks with Markets, and track brands’ opening status, execution & performance.   

• Build competitive & category knowledge: identify e-retail best practices across brands and platforms, and share insightful audits to inspire Global Brand teams & Markets. 

• Conduct e-retailer weekly audits: monitor Coty brands & competitors’ activation on top e-retailer websites (incl. Amazon) to feed market share analysis, brands performance review, etc.  

• Analyse eCommerce performance: analyse sell-in and sell-out results and contribute insights to global eCommerce reporting. 

• Support in ad-hoc request: Brands & Markets’ needs, eCommerce performance & Category deep dives, and Budget Management.

The Global Ecommerce team based in Paris consists of 3 people and is fully integrated within Global Trade Marketing (21 people in total). You will work closely together with our local markets and global brand teams. All your colleagues are dynamic, result-oriented and caring. Working in the team, you will evolve in a positive international working environment. 

YOU ARE A COTY FIT 

You are passionate about Beauty and e-Retail, with a proactive mindset and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, international environment. You are organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn through hands-on exposure to global eCommerce operations. 

The successful apprentice will have the following profile: 

• Master’s student (Fin d’études) – 12-months apprenticeship agreement issued by your school. 

• First experience in the Beauty sector and in digital / eRetail preferred. 

• Rigorous, strong organisational and project management skills, with high attention to detail. 

• Enthusiastic, can-do attitude and passionate about the ever-evolving digital landscape  

• Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written, are an absolute must (other languages are a plus). 

• Strong proficiency in Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
