e-Retail Project Coordinator at COTY Prestige - Job description

Start date : asap – Apprenticeship Contract - Based in Paris – 14 rue du Quatre-Septembre 

Position
Part of the Worldwide e-Commerce team and reporting to the Global eCommerce Senior Manager, the 
apprentice is responsible for the creation of central content with Top Global e-Retailers and the management of 
the OCD coordination process for the Prestige Division.

The e-Retail Project Coordinator offers an opportunity to: 

• Discover the world of eRetail and Prestige fragrances
• Make an impact on COTY Prestige eBusiness results 

The role interacts both internally & externally to support and drive Global and Local teams with their e-Retail 
executions.

Key missions in the role include the below; missions may vary based on business needs:
1/ Lead Lux e-Com EU Partnership
• Create central scale content and ensure best in class implementation
• Drive retailer relationship for all centrally developed content projects
• Be the key referent for local Coty teams and manage agency to deliver on-time projects

2/ Own the On-Counter Date (OCD) coordination process 
• Gather OCDs for all novelties in each EU market and share back to ensure local OCD is respected by 
cross-border e-retailers 
• Run monthly meetings with markets and alignment meetings with Regional Trade on pre-launches & 
exclusivities 

3/ Analyse eCom Sell-In & Sell-Out results 

4/ Build competitive & category knowledge to identify best practices across e-Retailers and Brands and share 
expertise to inspire Global Brand teams, Markets and Retailers on the future of e-Commerce

5/Support in ad-hoc request: Brands & Markets’ needs, Content Updates, Category Analysis, Budget 
Management.

Profile: 
The successful apprentice will have the following profile: 
• A Master student - apprenticeship agreement of 12 months issued by your school 
• First experience in Beauty sector and in digital / eRetail preferred
• Rigorous, with very strong organisational, project management skills, ability to drive operational 
discipline. Attention to detail 
• Enthusiastic can-do attitude and passionate about the ever-evolving digital landscape
• Fluent English & French, both spoken and written, are an absolute must, other languages will be a plus
• Driven mindset, self-motivated to work autonomously
• Outlook proficiency, strong technical/creative capability on PowerPoint
