Within the R&D Packaging department with over 100 people, the person will mostly be involved in:

• From purchasing requests to invoice management :
  • Manage purchasing requests from teams following the company’s procurement processes and key in data in Ariba system
  • Handle issues related to the purchasing requests such as supplier data update requests
  • Liaise with R&D Packaging teams for:
    • Purchasing requests (follow-up on the approval process from Procurement for example)
    • Purchasing orders (follow-up on the ‘good receipt’ in the Ariba system)
  • Manage invoices which are blocked in SAP system:
    • understand the various issues that can be encountered in invoice management,
    • liaise with Finance/accounting department and Accenture outsourced accounting team to solve issues and blocking points
    • Raise tickets and follow-up on them when required to unblock potential problems with supplier data
