Apprenticeship Lancaster Monaco Global Influencer Marketing

Communication Apprentice (1 Year)
Starting September 2026

 

COTY is looking for its next Global Influencer Marketing / Press / Event Assistant to join the fantastic Global team of Lancaster Monaco. If you wish to work in such a thriving environment, alongside talented, collaborative & passionate people, this is your call. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

As our Global IM-PR / Event Assistant, your role is to support the IM-PR/Event Manager in building and coordinating the PR & Influence strategies for Lancaster Monaco worldwide. 
 
This role supports the team in building the earned marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and visibility worldwide on Lancaster Monaco. The intern will also help lead local implementation of PR/IM strategies, working closely with the markets to strengthen the relationships. 

Your main focus:  

Influencer Marketing / Digital Marketing  
 
Regular competitive monitoring in the beauty, fashion, and lifestyle sectors 
 

Assistance in developing global influencer strategies and activations meeting local needs  

 

Management of influencer databases/profile searches through Traackr platforms 
 

Help in designing creative initiatives targeting influencers 
 
Analysis of results based on relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 
 
Development of a monthly newsletter with regular competitive monitoring in the beauty, fashion and lifestyle sectors. 

 

Event  
 
Assistance in the execution of international events: creation of agency briefs, coordination of the event logistics. 
 
Development of local event guidelines 

 

Press  
 
Assistance in the development of communication tools (press kits, press releases, press gifts, press site, etc.) 
 
Preparation of weekly / monthly press reviews. 
 
Coordination  
 
Coordination of external service providers (PR agencies, creative agencies, freelancers, suppliers, etc.) 
 

Coordination of the gifting stock and daily management of sendouts.  

 
Monitoring of each launch: operational monitoring of the organization (logistics, ordering, etc.), coordination with the markets.

The team consists of a Senior IM-PR/Events Manager and IM-PR /Digital Director. This role requires the ability to work closely with direct manager based in Paris offices, and to liaise and communicate internally with various departments, such as Marketing, Media & Digital teams, DTC teams on top of key license contacts. YOU ARE A COTY FIT 

You like to create, think of innovative ways and exchange ideas in a challenging but caring environment. As an experienced Global IM-PR / Event Assistant, you love switching among projects and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. 
 
Other than that, you are/have: 

  • Ideally a first experience in communication, digital or marketing ideally in the beauty/luxury industry either in a brand or a communication agency  

  • Great aesthetics & analytical skills (post-campaign reporting)  

  • An excellent understanding of the social media ecosystem and knows how to be creative on social media platforms (creative/digital/social media savy talent)  

  • A passion for beauty and the evolving influencer marketing space  

  • Organized, rigorous and have a sense of responsibility.  

  • Knows how to prioritize and juggle between different projects.  

  • Fluent in English with excellent business writing skills are a must.  

  • Proficiency in Traackr and DMR would be a plus.  

An apprentice agreement provided by your school is mandatory. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS 
 
Available 1 year starting September 2026 
 
Minimum Education Level: Bac +4/5, Business school (or on track to graduate) in Marketing, Communication, or Luxury management – Communication schools too. Minimum Years and Area of Experience: 1-2 previous internships / work experience Required Language Proficiency: Fluent in French & English
