Global Demand Planner Prestige Giftsets

PURPOSE

In close collaboration with Demand and Supply Teams, the Global Demand Planner (GDP) Prestige Giftsets (GS) Apprentice is responsible of demand management for GS campaigns (Christmas and Spring). On top, she/he will take over key transversal responsibilities with Global Lifecycle GS to leverage the end-to-end operational execution within Coty Supply Chain.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Global Demand Planning GS

• Support forecast collection of future campaigns from markets.
• Monitor forecasts versus quotas and propose key actions follow up with markets.
• Manage and support operational forecasts (marketing first assumptions): phasing by month, load, and analysis.
• Own and optimize forecast change process and act as a bridge between markets and supply team.

Lifecycle Management GS

• Monitor performance of the current campaign and follow up with markets.
• Own promo rate tracking (gift sets weight versus regular). Measure promotionality of top houses and markets with Commercial team.
• Monitor excess stocks of previous campaigns and support markets in finding business opportunities to deplete.

 YOU ARE A COTY FIT

We are looking for candidate with:

• A master’s degree (Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics).
• Ideally a successful internship in Supply Chain/Operations (demand/supply planning is a must).
• English fluent speaking (C1).
• Good Excel skills (database management, formulas, pivot tables).
• Proactivity, discipline, and commitment to deliver results.
• Solid ownership, autonomy, and advanced analytical skills.
• Teamwork oriented and good communication skills.
