GUCCI MAKEUP ASSISTANT PRODUCT MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Assistant Product Manager, you will work closely with the Senior Product Manager and play a crucial role in driving the success of our Gucci Face Make-up portfolio. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience.

Your main focus: 

• Brand strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of Gucci Makeup Innovation Plan on the Face category
• Product Launches: Support the launch of new face products, including market research (trends & competitors), product positioning (formula & shades development, pricing, packaging development, sampling, artworks), and go-to-market plans.
• Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the development and execution of 360 marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, PR, Media, in-store activations, education. Act as a key point of contact for external partners & agencies to ensure timely executions, compliant with Marketing briefs.
• Sales & Market Analysis: In charge of the performance tracking of the face category:
  • Sales analysis of recent launches
  • Market analysis and competition benchmark with quarterly updates
• Competitor Analysis: Track competitors & trends activities and identify opportunities for differentiation
• Meetings preparation: Contribute to the brand presentations for internal / retailer / top management meetings (product & mock-ups preparations, deck presentations…)

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You are a beauty junky, innovative, rigorous, business driven and a good team player to reinvent make up products strategy and portfolio in a competitive make up environment. You get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you: 
 

• Have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Have at least one previous experience in Marketing Product Development or similar role. One significant experience in make-up is a plus 
• Strong passion for the beauty industry and consumer trends.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Creative and innovative mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent English is mandatory
