e-Retail Project Coordinator

The e-Retail Project Coordinator will have the opportunity to discover the world of e-retail through the COTY Prestige portfolio of Fashion brands, while making a direct impact on COTY Prestige eBusiness results.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our e-Retail Project Coordinator, you interact both internally & externally to support and drive Global and Local teams with their e-Retail executions & performance.

In this role, the apprentice is responsible for the creation of central content with Top Global e-Retailers, the management of the OCD coordination process and the analysis of online market share performance for a portfolio of iconic Fragrances (incl. Chloé, Gucci, Marc Jacobs, Calvin Klein, Hugo Boss….). 

Your main focus:

• Lead Prestige eCommerce retailer EU partnership to develop and implement central scale projects (content creation, SEO improvements, etc.) in collaboration with retailer, local markets and external agency.
• Manage the On-Counter Date (OCD) coordination process across EU markets by collecting novelties launch dates in each EU markets and run monthly meetings with local markets to ensure compliancy on retailer pre-launches & exclusivities.
• Analyse eCom sell-in and sell-out results.
• Build competitive & category knowledge to identify best practices across e-Retailers and Brands and share expertise to inspire Global Brand teams, Markets and Retailers on the future of e-Commerce.
• Support in ad-hoc request: Brands & Markets’ needs, Content Updates, Category Analysis, Budget Management.

The Global Ecommerce team based in Paris consists of 7 people, and you will work closely together with our local markets and global brand teams. All your colleagues are dynamic, result-oriented and caring. Working in the team, you will evolve in a positive international working environment.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like Beauty and eRetail. As an experienced e-Retail Project Coordinator, you have a driven mindset, are self-motivated to work autonomously and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, the successful apprentice will have the following profile:

• A Master student (Fin d’études) - apprenticeship agreement of 12 months issued by your school.
• First experience in Beauty sector and in digital / eRetail preferred.
• Rigorous, with very strong organisational, project management skills, ability to drive operational discipline. Attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic can-do attitude and passionate about the ever-evolving digital landscape
• Fluent English & French, both spoken and written, are an absolute must, other languages will be a plus.
• Outlook proficiency, strong technical/creative capability on Excel/PowerPoint.
