Department: Influencer Marketing

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada (hybrid role)

In this role you will be responsible for:

Supporting the Influencer Marketing function in implementing public relations and influencer marketing campaigns; liaising with PR agencies to support media requests and product shipments; social listening on relevant social media channels, attend and support events and trade shows as needed; maintaining databases; and admin tasks. Role is primarily in Toronto office with expectation to work from the office minimum 50% of the week on designated days with flexibility depending on the week’s projects.

Influencer Marketing Intern Job Duties:

• Collaborate across internal groups to support the development of various campaigns and initiatives for all mass and prestige brands in Canada.

• Provide general administrative support for team including media relations

• requests, purchase orders & vendor payment coordination, program input,
• online folder management, shipping, storage room maintenance, ordering
• product and marketing support, warehouse inventory management,
• presentation setup

• Social & Digital Media Support – admin and campaign execution
• Social media daily listening in key categories on relevant platforms
• Fulfill media requests (images, pricing, retailer avails, purchasing product)
• Attend agency meetings, take notes and summarize next steps
• Attend and support events, as needed
• Budget admin, as needed
• Ad hoc analyses and special projects
