THE ROLE 

 

LEAD, INSPIRE, ELEVATE!

As Talent Acquisition Director for North America, reporting to the SVP of Global Talent Acquisition, you will manage internal TA team and our RPO partner, ensuring effective hiring for all positions at Director level and below. You will also foster close collaboration by working in strong partnership with HR leaders, senior managers, and external stakeholders.

 

Strategic Leadership
Craft and execute bold talent strategies, partnering with HR and business leaders to drive hiring excellence across North America, and elevate the Talent Acquisition function. To ensure we capture the best talent, you also build future-proof recruitment and pipelining strategies.

 

Team Leadership & Development
Lead and inspire a high-performing talent acquisition team by setting clear goals, providing ongoing coaching, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Empower your team with regular feedback, development opportunities, and recognition, while promoting collaboration, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Drive adoption of recruitment technologies and data analytics to enhance team productivity and decision-making.

 

Employer Branding & Experience
Elevate our employer brand and deliver standout candidate journeys using social media and cutting-edge tech to attract the best.

 

Vendor & Partner Management
Ensure close relationships with our RPO and external partners, setting clear KPIs and SLAs that deliver top talent, fast.

 

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Champion DEI in all we do—expanding our talent pools and ensuring every hire brings new perspectives.

 

Talent Pipeline & Agility

QUALIFICATIONS

You’re a natural leader who thrives in fast-paced, diverse environments, driving results with agility and strategic vision. You inspire teams, influence senior leaders, and deliver excellence in everything you do. Collaboration and creative problem-solving are your strengths.

 

We’re looking for someone who:

  • You have at least 15 years of recruiting experience in North America
  • You have an extensive background in the FMCG industry. Depp understanding of the beauty sector and its unique dynamics will be a plus.
  • You know how to lead and develops teams–ensuring recruitment excellence, team efficiency and a positive team culture
  • You can effectively manage RPO, and other external partners
  • You leverage digital tools and social media to attract top talent and create standout candidate experiences
  • You excel at communication, collaboration, and change management
  • You can think critically, act decisively, and quickly adapt to new challenges
  • You deliver results through strategic thinking and effective stakeholder management
