Senior Manager, CRM, Personalization, Loyalty

 

 

THE ROLE

 

We are looking for a Senior CRM, Personalization, and Loyalty Manager to drive customer engagement and brand loyalty across our Direct-to-Consumer portfolio.  Our ideal candidate has deep experience analyzing customer behavior and building communications across all 1:1 touchpoints.

The Manager, CRM, Personalization, Loyalty will play a critical role in delivering our ambitious growth plans for our portfolio of Direct-To-Consumer brands. This role will report to our Director of Growth, and will be based in New York.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive personalized lifecycle journeys across multiple touchpoints that drive repeat purchase and deepen a customer’s relationship with the brand
    • Define communications across email and SMS programs
    • Partner with DTC teams to extend personalized journeys across ecommerce sites and performance channels
  • Conceptualize, propose, socialize, build, and execute loyalty programs for DTC brands
  • Identify data-driven, actionable customer insights that can be applied across the business
  • Grow engaged customer database, set strategies to optimize data capture where relevant
  • Track channel, campaign, creative, and test performance and regularly share updates and learnings to key stakeholders
  • Partner with internal teams to establish cohesive brand strategies and ensure seamless customer experience across all touchpoints
  • Work with growth and data & analytics team to build customer analysis, identify priority segments or channels, and implement specific strategies to capture efficient purchases
  • Monitor & capitalize on emerging channels and trends where appropriate
     

 QUALIFICATIONS

 

We’d love to see candidates who have:

 

  • 5-7 years+ of extensive experience & progressive responsibility within CRM capacity
  • Deep channel expertise & insights to drive strategy across customer journey, including previous hands-on execution of email, SMS, and lifecycle touchpoints. 
  • Experience with paid channels, including Paid Social, Programmatic Display, Video, TV, OTT, Audio/Podcast, Paid Search, Shopping, Affiliates and Direct Mail, a plus
  • High proficiency in evaluating marketing performance and strong sense for benchmarks across CPM, CPA, CPC, CAC, LTV etc.
  • Highly analytical: able to distill and communicate insights from complex sets of information and able to drive a test-and-learn roadmap to unlock channel efficiency & effectiveness over time
  • Strategic thinker who can flex between long-term planning and reactive, day-to-day optimizations
  • Collaborative & influential: able to develop strong working relationships with brand teams, tech teams, finance teams, external partners etc.
  • Action-oriented and moves quickly to get things done
  • Proficiency in analytics, channel/media and customer data platforms, e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Manager, Kenshoo etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, economics or related field preferred

Base Salary Range: $135,000-$150,00
