CORE DESCRIPTION
COVERGIRL is looking for a Senior Manager, Digital Marketing to join its growing Digital Advocacy Team within the larger Global Marketing Team. This role is responsible for overseeing the strategic growth of brand owned channels, emerging platforms, website re-design, and ecommerce evolution. The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing will work closely with the cross functional Advocacy Team, as well as with internal and external stakeholders across the organization.
The position requires strong knowledge of digital media platforms and web analytics, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task. The ideal candidate is an avid social media consumer, who is in has experience working in Sprinklr, Google Analytics, Salsify and Nielsen.
Overall, this role acts as a thought partner to the team on how to best support business goals through integrated communications.
This role reports to the Director, Digital & Brand Strategy. This role demands a high degree of collaboration with a variety of stakeholders.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Supports the strategy of integrated communication planning process to deliver on brand strategy and business objectives across Global & Local Digital Advocacy teams.
- Oversees reporting for search, website, data and analytics, and eCommerce content.
- Ensures communications are aligned with digital and media compliance guidelines as well as inclusive and responsible marketing best practices.
- Partners with Local & Global teams on campaign measurement, evaluation and optimization as well as identifying new technologies and media platforms.
- Supports the reporting and optimization of paid/owned media plans, monthly (media, creative) based on performance and learning agendas.
- Collaborate with cross functional Digital Advocacy Teams at the Global and Local levels.
- Present concepts and ideas in a clear and compelling manner to the Director, Digital & Brand Strategy and Head of Consumer Engagement; articulating and defending strategic direction choices; collaborate and iterate based on feedback from cross-functional internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Manager, Social Media & Content to create campaign shoot briefs and mood boards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing across the Digital Advocacy team and other departments to drive toward the creative mission and goals.
- Follow industry trends, emerging technology and best practices, and share with larger Digital Advocacy team.
- Manage seasonal brand toolkit inputs and updates to brand website.
- Experience working in the beauty and/or lifestyle space is a plus.
QUALIFICATIONS |
We’d love to see candidates who have:
Essential:
- 7+ years of digital marketing
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Knowledge of industry tools like Sprinklr, Google Analytics, Salsify and Nielsen.
- Strong PowerPoint skills a plus
- Working knowledge of Word, HTML/CSS skills is a plus
- Flexibility to be available for meetings and other in-office work in our NYC office, as needed, and minimum 50% of each month
- Must have an Easy, Breezy, Beautiful mindset

Base Salary Range: $130,000-$145,000 + bonus
