Senior Finance Manager DTC

COTY is looking for smart leaders who are fast and passionate.

 

We’re looking for a hands‑on Senior Manager to lead finance for our Prestige DTC activities across Kylie, Orveda, and ICP. You’ll partner with cross‑functional teams located across multiple headquarters, shaping performance through rigorous close, forward‑looking forecasts, and sharp business insights. This role manages one team member and is a key finance partner to the DTC leadership, ensuring accurate reporting, strong governance, and value‑adding decision support.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

As our Sr. Manager DTC, you are responsible for leading finance for our Prestige DTC activities. 

 

Your main focus:

 

  • Own monthly and quarterly close for DTC (Kylie, Orveda, ICP), including accruals, reclasses, and variance analysis vs. plan/forecast/prior year.
  • Deliver timely, accurate management reporting (Net Revenue, A&CP, GTN, contribution margin) and executive-ready commentary.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and legal obligations; partner with Technical Accounting/Controllers on IFRS/local GAAP topics.
  • Maintain robust internal controls and audit readiness for DTC processes (order‑to‑cash, returns, promotions, chargebacks, payment fees).
  • Lead rolling forecasts and support AOP/LRP cycles for DTC; own risk/opportunity tracking and scenario modeling.
  • Drive KPI dashboards (traffic, conversion, ASP, CAC, promo ROI, fulfillment cost, returns) with actionable insights to improve unit economics.
  • Act as finance co‑pilot to DTC leadership and brand teams, challenging plans, optimizing GTN/A&CP, and supporting pricing/promo decisions.
  • Coordinate across multiple HQs and markets to ensure alignment on targets, launches, and improve profitability.
  • Continuously improve close and forecast processes; simplify reporting and automate where possible (ERP/BI tools).
  • Champion data quality across order, returns, and payment data flows impacting revenue recognition and profitability.
  • Manage and develop one direct report; set objectives, provide coaching, and foster a high‑performance, growth mindset culture.

 QUALIFICATIONS

 

We’d love to see candidates who have:

 

Essential:

  • 7–10 years in Finance/FP&A, with material exposure to DTC/e‑commerce or digitally‑led businesses.
  • Strong command of management reporting, forecasting, and month‑end close; fluency in IFRS/local GAAP fundamentals.
  • Advanced Excel; experience with ERP and BI (e.g., SAP/S4, Power BI or similar).
  • Proven business partnering and stakeholder management across matrix/global environments.
  • Clear, concise communication in English; ability to synthesize complex issues for senior leadership.

Desirable:

  • Beauty/luxury/consumer experience; multi‑brand portfolio exposure.
  • Experience optimizing GTN, promo ROI, and fulfillment/returns economics.

  • Base Salary Range: $130.000-$145.000
