COTY is looking for smart leaders who are fast and passionate. The ideal Senior Director, Consumer Engagement will choose Coty to shape integrated consumer engagement across iconic beauty brands. This role offers the opportunity to influence national media, retail media, and advocacy strategy at scale.

As our Senior Director, Consumer Engagement, you are responsible for integrated consumer engagement strategy, media investment, and advocacy leadership across the US Consumer Beauty portfolio.

The Senior Director, Consumer Engagement leads the strategy, planning, governance, and execution of Consumer Engagement activity across National Media, Retail Media, and Advocacy. This role drives business growth through integrated planning, investment optimization, agency leadership, and cross-functional collaboration across brand, sales, commercial, and finance partners.

Your main focus:

CONSUMER ENGAGEMENT STRATEGY & INVESTMENT LEADERSHIP

• Lead the end-to-end Consumer Engagement strategy across National Media, Retail Media, and Advocacy.
• Own annual planning, forecasting, budget allocation, and investment prioritization across all consumer engagement channels.
• Drive agency governance and performance management across Zenith and the broader Integrated Agency Team.
• Coordinate integrated planning with brand, sales, commercial, finance, advocacy, and retail media partners.
• Build organizational capability while fostering collaboration, accountability, innovation, and measurable business impact.

The Senior Director, Consumer Engagement works closely with several departments including brand, sales, commercial, finance, advocacy, retail media, and agency partners. The team is strategic, collaborative, data-driven, fast-paced, and focused on delivering integrated consumer experiences that drive portfolio growth.

We’d love to see candidates who have:

Essential:

• Significant experience in media, marketing, consumer engagement, or related disciplines.
• Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams and complex organizations.
• Expertise in integrated media planning across national, retail, and advocacy channels.
• Experience managing large-scale marketing investments, budgets, forecasting, and investment prioritization.
• Strong agency leadership and partnership management experience.

Desirable:

• Experience operating within a consumer goods, beauty, retail, or similarly dynamic industry.
• Strong analytical, financial, and strategic planning skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
• Collaborative, data-driven, resilient, and passionate about driving business results through integrated consumer engagement.

• Base Salary Range: $190,000 - $230,000
