As our Sales Associate, you are responsible for achieving your sales target, building a strong client base, and demonstrate expert knowledge of products.
We are seeking a results driven Luxury Sales Associate at Bloomingdales 59th Street to deliver an exceptional client experience while driving sales performance. The ideal candidate embodies brand value, builds lasting client relationships, and consistently exceeds sales goals through personalized service and product expertise.
Your main focus:
- Achieve/exceed monthly, quarterly, seasonal, and annual retail sales plans by providing exceptional customer service.
- Create memorable experiences for the customer by offering personalized service.
- Develop and build strong client relationships by leveraging retailer loyalty programs.
- Drive strong retail results during visual weeks, new initiatives, and promotions.
- Track and record daily sales.
- Execute merchandising standards and counter presentation according to brand guidelines.
- Process transactions accurately using a POS system and handle customer inquiries professionally.

The team consists of “Sales Associate” working closely together with several departments such as the Field Sales Team and Education. All your colleagues are professional, seasoned, self-motivated collaborators.

QUALIFICATIONS |
We’d love to see candidates who have:
Essential:
- 2+ years of experience in luxury retail in fragrances and/or beauty
- Strong clienteling and relationship building skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet/exceed sales targets
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desirable:
- Prestige/Luxury brand experience preferred
- Established client book
- Ability to multi-task in a fast past environment
- Passion for fragrances and/or beauty

- Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $67,000
