NAM Analytical Lead, Fragrance, and Loyalty & Personalization


Job responsibility will include:  Sales Analytical Leader, L&P Leader and Fragrance NAM

SALES ANALYTICAL LEADER (Approximately 60% of role)

  • Train, inspire and direct (2 direct report) CVS team analysts to support and build Coty and category volume
  • Provide next level category and business insights with specific, actionable recommendations that will result in sales increases and market share gains
  • Primary analytical contact for NAMS, Team Leader and internal functions
  • Serve as Loyalty and Personalization (L&P) leader with primary responsibility to analyze and summarize key findings. (i.e. what worked/didn’t)

     L&P LEADER (Approximately 30% of role)

  • Provide monthly L&P review to sales team with specific recommendations
  • Serve as L&P liaison with CVS, specifically negotiating/communicating support levels and execution.

FRAGRANCE NAM (10% of role)

  • Develop and maintain relationship with category merchants and support departments within CVS/PHARMACY to ensure maximum support in all business areas.
  • Establish annual joint business plan, focused on all sales fundamentals, with CVS/PHARMACY and continually monitor progress. Annual shipments ~$1.2M/Retail Sales: $2M
  • Provide all forecasts, key account reporting and other sales reports requested by Coty Management
  • Coordinate all communication with CVS/Pharmacy related to item presentation and maintenance, promotion, merchandising and pricing.
  • Communicate and coordinate customer needs within Coty departments required to provide superior customer service
  • Carefully monitor the Account’s P & L Statement.  Work to improve status at every level (Reduce days outstanding, reduce returns, minimize expenditures on account specific programs, etc.)
  • Coordinate all planogram sets, new store activities and assortment revisions, including adding Coty (FRAGRANCE) new items to planogram assortments
  • Develop Promotional strategy and presentations, special prepacks and events to maximize sales opportunities
  • Manage promotional funds to effectively drive the business
  • Facilitate resolution of all outstanding deductions
  • Continually maintain detailed, accurate records in order to process and/or dispute all coop claims including Post Audit Deductions
  • Fill out all National account paperwork, New item forms,  price change forms, provide ad chromes and samples, etc
  • Follow-up with CVS/PHARMACY  to ensure timely placement of all orders
  • Handle price, pack or UPC errors that arise prior to or after an order ships—work directly with Customer Service
