COTY is looking for smart leaders who are fast and passionate.
We seek a Key Account Manager, Amazon Consumer Beauty to join our E-Commerce Department. This is an exciting, fast paced role where you will build commercial business relationships and execute growth strategies for the Consumer Beauty portfolio on Amazon.
As our KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER, AMAZON CONSUMER BEAUTY, you are responsible for our brands’ strategy, presence and execution on Amazon.
As a part of the Amazon US Team and reporting into the Senior National Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a vast array of functions, including account management, business development and analysis, brand growth strategy development and execution, online sales and budget management. This role owns Amazon promotional, merchandising, and assortment strategy to drive profitable growth and successful new item launches. Partnering closely with Sales, Trade, Brand, and Amazon stakeholders, the role ensures strong demand forecasting, effective budget deployment, and on-time execution aligned to commercial goals.
Your main focus:
- Own promotional planning and funding, partnering with SNAM and Trade teams to align budgets, pricing, assortment, and support plans while optimizing ROI on promotional events.
- Lead assortment and merchandising strategy, developing 6-month outlook promo and merchandising plans, managing ASIN selection, launch calendars, and ensuring alignment with Amazon and Coty priorities.
- Drive new item launches end-to-end, owning launch timelines, forecasts, innovation BTR submissions, Vine reviews, and on-time, BIC execution across all brands.
- Ensure accurate demand forecasting and financial management, creating rolling 6-month forecasts for promotions and merchandising accruals to fully and effectively deploy budget.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Amazon and internal stakeholders, including CSMs, Brand, Sales, and Trade teams, to identify incremental merchandising opportunities and deliver against commercial goals.

The team consists of the Key Account Manager working closely together with several departments such as Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing and Sales teams. All your colleagues are collaborative and eager to drive success on Amazon.

QUALIFICATIONS |
We’d love to see candidates who have:
Essential:
- 3+ years of E-commerce, CPG or Account Management/Sales experience.
- Amazon 1P/Vendor Central experience
- Experience working on high sku count business (1K +)
- Undergraduate degree required.
- Must be autonomous, decisive and a strategic thinker.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and adapt.
- Customer & team centric approach.
- Excellent computer skills and is proficient in Excel functions.

- Base Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000
