Global Media Manager, Luxury + CB US-Based Brands

The Global Manager of Media will have responsibility for building Coty Media Strategy for the Luxury + Mass US based brands such as Sally Hansen, Marc Jacobs, and Kylie Skin.  Through strategic thinking and local tactical execution tracking, this talent will use the power of traditional and digital paid media to contribute to the profitable and sustainable growth of the brands he/she has in charge.  She/He will use his leadership skills and influence power to ensure that global strategies are translated into local executions.  This talent will therefore coordinate and partner with a strong network of local media/marketing communities across the globe.

The Global Media Manager will be part of a team which will implement outreach strategies, coordinate campaigns across multiple platforms offline and online, as well as ensuring the compliancy of the local strategies. This talent will also be a contact for the Marc Jacobs Fashion House and Tiffany & Co on a day-to-day basis.



  • Develop and implement the Global Media strategy across all platforms and designated brands
  • Be responsible for owning key relationships across all media sectors and key digital players
  • Support Global Marketing teams to scale worldwide investments for strategic planning, as relevant challenge market discrepancies
  • Accountable for delivering against business goals/objectives, ensuring the best ROI possible
  • Continually communicate and evaluate progress against key metrics while constantly looking at ways to optimize performance
  • Accountable for growth and optimization of consumer awareness.
  • Work closely with the data team to understand the competitive marketplace and key takeaways from PCAs
  • Collaborate internally with Brand Marketing teams to ensure Media is a contributor to their brand growth
  • Contribute to seek 1st to markets innovation across digital partners
  • Accountable to collaborating with key centralized resources such as marketing, digital, PR/influencer, e-commerce, etc.  Collaborate closely with Consumer Market Insights team on understanding audiences and performance of campaigns through SOM trends
  • Develop and execute ongoing media presentations for Brands and leadership teams and presentations (reporting+education) for fashion houses
  • Maintain strong relationships and collaboration with the Media Agency of Record and digital performance agency for DTC brands
  •  Collaborate closely with Influencer & Digital marketing teams for the development and execution of content partnership deals


Qualifying Skills and Experience:

  • 4-year Undergraduate Degree in Marketing, Media or Related Field
  • 7+ years in media with an agency background and significant time spent in media strategy across all media channels (TV, Digital, OOH, Print)
  • Managed media budgets across multiple brands/sub-brands, client or agency side
  • Strong knowledge of digital media landscape and current/emerging platforms & technologies
  • Substantial experience with digital media strategy and activation to build synergies with Ecom and E-retail teams
  • Global and beauty experience appreciated
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, ability to present to leadership
  • Track record of creating and executing a Global Media strategy answering business objectives
  • Strong understanding of the KPIs to optimize media performance
  • Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrate out-of-the-box thinking in approaching new and innovative ways of executing
  • Experience in a dynamic, matrix organization
  • Experience in growing strong partnerships with key digital players
  • Active learner who is willing to experiment and be open-minded to new ideas and technology
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within an organization
