We’re looking for a Global Gifting Manager to join the Global Gifting Team. Reporting to the Global Gifting Director, you will lead all gifting activities for your brand portfolio (among Calvin Klein, Marc Jacobs, Tiffany & Co). You’ll manage the financial, commercial and operational processes of the gifting business driving brand desirability, gift-ability and performance in markets.




  • New launches + existing lines
  • Cross markets: approx. 27 markets



  • Internal Groups: Global Finance – Global Marketing – Markets – Global Trade Marketing - Legal – CMI – Global Merchandising
  • Supply chain / Operations: Initiative Management – Pack Development – Procurement – Marketing Material Supply – Demand Planning - Lifecycle
  • External vendors
  • Top Management


Key Responsibilities

  1. Brand Gifting Strategy & Deployment:

Scope: giftset/ gwp&pwp / collaterals / samples


  • Set up the Brand Gifting strategy based on respective brand portfolio and retail environment
  • Provide line up recommendation to ensure proposing the most relevant offer while rationalizing it (giftsets, gwp, collaterals)
  • Define the gifting commercial guidelines in the COMEX
  • Provide guidelines on giftset & gwp level taking into account each market, brand specificities and Competition best practices/ key seasonal trends & monitor it
  • Lead in all aspects promo forecasting process
  • Collaborate with cross-functional creative teams to ensure 360° consistent program


  1. Development:

Scope: giftsets


  • Manage all development aspects of respective brands portfolio in collaboration with Supply Chain
  • Develop sets meeting market needs in term of timing, cost and quality according to the Brand strategy while respecting C1 targets
  • Manage the whole forecasting offer Sets, analyzing markets forecasts and making recommendations with action plan to top management
  • Manage the Giftset P&L
  • Explore cost savings opportunities thanks to permanent value analysis
  • Provide technical creative insight to improve the impact on POS while maintaining profitability
  • Explore & develop Innovation paths with R&D and Supply Chain

  • 3 to 5 years in an international environment
  • Marketing experience, global or local
  • Management of cross-functional projects, including development with supply chain functions
  • Beauty Business and Luxury Retail environment knowledge
