COTY is looking for smart leaders who are tenacious, passionate, and fearlessly kind.
To turnaround the business and the desirability of Calvin Klein, #1 Coty Prestige Fragrance Brand, we seek a Global Brand Digital Manager to drive equity, engage the consumer and ultimately, generate sales growth through digital marketing, social media and e-retail content strategy.
The Global Brand Digital Manager will work with the Global Brand, the 360 support teams to deliver robust, innovative, on-brand and high-quality launch and activations programs for our markets to deploy.
The Global Brand Digital Manager will report primarily into the Global Brand Digital Director. Key stakeholders include: license, markets, Global Digital team including E-commerce team.
The Global Brand Manager is a digital marketing professional, with strong interest in emerging consumer technology and a background in selective and / or beauty distribution preferably.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Co-create and develop the global digital, social and eCommerce toolkits for markets
- Conceptualize and execute social and eCommerce content and copy
- Partner with CK license, marketing, creative and production teams on all digital shoots, from concept to post-production to final asset delivery/upload to internal DAM system
- Work closely with CK license social team to ensure fragrance is top of mind as part of overall lifestyle brand social strategy and consistently featured on brand channels
- Partner with global media team to understand market asset needs and content performance, using learnings to optimize future campaign development
- Work closely with influencer marketing team to develop integrated digital & influencer activations based on campaign strategy
- Be the key contact interface for all markets to drive commercial excellence on digital/e-retail. Review, edit and provide direction for all regional digital, social and eCommerce activities
- Collaborate with multifunctional teams to drive holistic global marketing programs
- Manage license for all creative and copy approvals
- Research and recommend new partners to push innovative programs. Stay on top of industry trends and emerging platforms
- Oversee all reporting and analytics to ensure all strategies are tracking against goals and KPIs
- Support team in ensuring internal finance and procurement processes are managed in a correct and timely manner. This includes but is not limited to Budget Document Tracking & Maintenance, Invoice Management, Goods Receipts, Purchase Orders and New Vendor Approvals
QUALIFICATIONS |
We’d love to see candidates who have:
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree is required, ideally in marketing, communications or similar relevant area
- Minimum of 4-6 years digital marketing and/or social media experience in a dynamic market
- Proven track record of developing multi-channel digital campaigns
- Proficient and up-to-date knowledge of key social media platforms and best practices. Digitally savvy, active on social media and highly curious about new digital trends
- Proven experience developing and executing best-in-class e-commerce creative with a focus on product detail pages and on-site assets that drive conversion while maintaining brand equity
- Demonstrated rigor to manage projects and deliver on time, in full
- Creative management, including experience leading creative work and agency partnerships
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Desirable:
- Background in the beauty industry is not mandatory, but you should be able to showcase your eye for beauty, aesthetics and design
- Agility and diplomacy to work effectively with the licensor.

Base Salary Range: $100,000-125,000 + bonus
