We’re looking for an Intern to support our team! This is an exciting opportunity to learn and work in a fast-paced environment where you will build business relationships and develop key skills needed in the corporate world. You will work under the leaders of our team, while contributing to the development of business needs for “Brands that Inspire”. 

Unique opportunity to work on a founder led brand with a leader of the beauty industry.  

The Intern will work with the Global Senior Digital Content Manager and be mentored in their designated departments.  

The intern will work on an assigned project while assisting with everyday business needs.  Role would partner closely with Marketing, Creative, and cross-functional teams. They’ll support everyday business needs while gaining hands‑on experience with global content workflows and exposure to real-time campaign execution and local market needs.

The Intern is a well-rounded student with good academic standing. They must be creative, organized, and ready to learn and work with a team  

In this role you will be responsible for: 

• Support social/digital/paid asset reviews, track feedback rounds and approvals, maintain trackers and documentation, and assist with creative file organization and campaign timelines.
• Assist with Content hub uploads and metadata (gathering assets from our Digital content creation team based in LA, ensuring proper naming, uploading into our Coty databases)
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, and notes; help compile decks, reports, and internal updates; support ad‑hoc tasks tied to launches and campaigns.
• Assist with light influencer program administration in partnership with Marketing (event, influencer reviews, mailers, seeding)

 QUALIFICATIONS 

We’d love to see candidates who have: 

Essential:  

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related
• Prior internship experience in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or marketing
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week
• Exceptional organizational skills and great attention to detail 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Business background with strong analytical and technical skills

Desirable: 

• Degree concentration in areas relating to Digital content/Marketing/Project management
• Team oriented with strong interpersonal skills and collaborative approach 
• A natural aptitude for problem solving and critical thinking 
• A curious mind open to knowledge and instruction 
• Passion for Beauty Industry

Pay: $25 per hour
