In an effort to reinforce our support to the color cosmetics business and to strengthen our team, we seek for a Senior Manager, Regulatory product compliance, PIF & registration to be responsible of the end-to-end compliance of the color cosmetics portfolio.  

 

The Senior Manager, Regulatory product compliance, PIF & registration will work very closely with the R&D cross-functional teams, as well as brand marketing teams.

 

This position reports to the Director, Regulatory product compliance, PIF & registration.

 

The Senior Manager, Regulatory product compliance, PIF & registration is a regulatory professional with a deep knowledge of the global regulatory landscape and in particular, North America, Latin America, China, Europe and across ingredients, labeling, packaging and registration requirements.

 

THE ROLE

 

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • The compliance of the ingredients, the raw materials, the artworks and the packaging, the review of the claims and the delivery of the registration documents required for the color cosmetics for export.
  • The interaction with the global marketing as well as the R&D team to guide them on the requirements pertaining to their products.
  • The communication to the regional heads of registration related matters, especially with regards to progress tracking, identified challenges and opportunities.
  • The management of a team of internal and external partners located in various geographies and supporting compliance and/or PIF & registration, including resource allocation, priority settings… Supervise, train and guide team members while providing constructive feedback to lead to the team career development
  • The role may require evaluating the impact of changes, on compliance and/or registration and to articulate it clearly to various internal stakeholders.

 

 QUALIFICATIONS

 

We’d love to see candidates who have:

 

Essential:

  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience in a regulatory role, with previous successful experience in cosmetic compliance and in registration management
  • BS or MS in sciences, cosmetics
  • Project management with very strong organizational skills
  • Team player, able to build relationship with the team members as well as the broader R&D organization.
  • Proficient with IT tools, eager to learn and navigate in new IT environments

 

Desirable:

  • Regulatory knowledge of OTC requirements
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
