Skin Research Intern – In vitro / Ex vivo Testing 
6 months from February 2027 

You will join a cutting-edge skin research team and learn hands-on experimental work. This Skin Research Intern position offers autonomy, training and exposure to reals projects. 

As our Skin Research Intern, your main focus is skin model development, aging biology, active ingredients identification.  

You contribute to the development of innovative in vitro and ex vivo skin models to investigate the impact of different biological and environmental factors on skin aging. You perform experimental studies to identify active ingredients and generate robust and reproducible data. You help establish and validate relevant readouts to better understand skin aging mechanisms and support the evaluation of cosmetic actives. 

Your main focus:  

• Conduct literature reviews 

• Develop and optimize skin models (keratinocytes, melanocytes, fibroblasts, explants)  

• Perform in vitro and ex vivo studies  

• Analyze biological endpoints (gene expression, protein levels, histology) 

• Interpret data and share experimental results with the team

YOU ARE A COTY FIT 

You like to explore skin biology through experimental models and learn by doing. As a Skin Research Intern, you develop scientific rigor, autonomy and curiosity through real projects and get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment.

Other than that, you: 

• Are engineering or Master’s student (Bac+5) in biology, cell biology or related field 

• Are looking for a final-year internship in skin biology or life sciences 

• Have some initial laboratory experience (cell culture, basic assays)  

• Are curious, rigorous and excited to learn experimental biology 

• Are able to read and understand English scientific content
