Fixed-Term/Temporary Contract : 6 months

MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the NPD process by developing / formulating internally sun care formulation prototypes in the lab, stability testing, coordinating microbiology, safety, compatibility and claims testing, … following internal COTY procedures (respecting timing, Beauty That Lasts Program and BCP score)
• Manage the inventory of raw materials
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized lab workspace, following lab procedures. 
• Participate to Industrial scale up in collaboration with the manager, process developer, IC/ Design QA/Factory/R&D pack….
• Interact internally with R&D Pack, Marketing, Procurement, Initiative Leader, PMD, VP, Design QA, RAPIC teams, manufacturing sites…
• Participate to suppliers’ meetings, webinars, workshops
• Deal with various IT systems linked to product development (SAPRD, AS400, PC Nodes….)
• Use solid scientific approaches for rapid problem definition
