• MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contribute to Identify new technologies & new ingredients to support all new PD Initiatives in Skin, Sun, Body & Color
• Contribute to facilitate the skinification programme of all Color initiatives
• Contribute to Create and perform new exploratory strategies / tests to anticipate, improve the performances of future projects
• Contribute to Scientific communication of new technologies, ingredients to help marketing highlight interest for consumers (ingredient information, participation to briefs and brainstorming, presentation of new trends)

• MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

• Holds a master’s or an Engineer degree in Biochemistry, Cell Biology, Pharmacy
• Ideally 3 to 5 years’ experience in beauty or related industry
• Strong preference for candidates with a specific knowledge of Skin Biology and physiology and general knowledge in Cosmetics and ideally  an experience in Cosmetic Active Ingredients and Technologies, Biotechnologies, Green Science
• Excellent oral and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Must be a team player, problem-solving and facilitator between teams
