Fixed term Contract Duration: 6 months - Replacement for Maternity leave

MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage all technical aspects with a big autonomy of new body products development within the category with a focus on shower/bath products and leave-on products, deo stick, roll on, … for in house products and with TPMs
• Support the i5D process by developing / formulating internally body care prototypes for deodorants (sticks, roll-on, aerosols) including batching, stability testing, coordinate safety, compatibility and claims testing.  
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized lab workspace, following lab procedures.  Manage the inventory of lab raw materials and pack
• Ensure Industrial scale up in collaboration with IC/Design QA/Factory/R&D pack/TPM….
• Interact internally with R&D Pack, Marketing, Initiative Leader, Design QA & QA, Testing, MPDR, PI&C, T&I, manufacturing sites…
• Develop the new initiatives in accordance with i5D process, timing, Beauty That Lasts Program and future BCP score.
• Deal with various IT systems linked to product development (SAP RD, AS400, PC Nodes, Specific sharepoints….)
• Use solid scientific approaches for rapid problem definition, review of literature and understanding of current Coty systems to develop experimental testing plans, lead product design, process qualification and formulation efforts.
• Use sustainable approach for sustainable formats design to develop future dry & solid cosmetic formats
