Job Title : PLANT OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE LEADER
MISSION/ROLE SUMMARY:
The role main objectives are
- Accountable for developing the Plant Operations Strategy to achieve short & long term sustainable breakthrough results according to the Division strategy.
- Accountable for development and deployment of new capabilities needed to achieve target results.
- Accountable for developing and deploying one core competency across the Global Make Network
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Op Ex Leader is responsible for
- Plant performance KPI Governance and reporting
- Providing timely update on the status of the Plant to the Division and Make SVPs and their teams
- Being actively involved into the Op Ex network activities (target is to be a global Subject Matter Expert)
Main Plant work activities:
- Define the Plant core capability work needed for culture and performance breakthrough change
- Lead the implementation of Lead models and roll out plans
- Monitor the PACE of the implementation and pull the outside support as needed
Main Global work activities:
The Global Leader is responsible to make sure the right capability in the assigned Subject Matter Expertise is in place through all plants . as a consequence the person will:
- Define the Global core capability work needed for the network
- Develop and Deploy the standards, best practices and training material for an effective implementation across the network.
- Monitor the PACE of the implementation at each Site and provide the support as needed. Develop and Own a training calendar for the whole network

QUALIFICATIONS
- Leadership. Can influence Leaders and peers on disruptive cultural changes. Passionate on the floor coach
- Credible with a Solid track record of Breakthrough achievement.
- Technical Mastery. Experienced in Operation, TPM and Lean.
