Mission & Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the growth of the Skin Care Category
• Manage and Develop the Innovation Team with Scientists and Senior Scientist
• Develop and optimize innovative in vitro protocols and technologies for Skin, Sun, & Body categories
• Contribute to idea generation
• Bibliographic research and publications synthesis
• Manage tests planning and projects
• Coordinate multiple projects with deadlines respect
• Presentation of results, projects
• Perform in vitro tests on monolayers cells, 3D models, skin explants, through transcriptomics (real time RT-PCR), proteomics (western-blot, elisa), histology, immunostaining, immunofluorescence
• Write efficacy reports
• Writing of scientific articles

Profile:

• Bac+5 with 5-year experience minimum in skin tissue and cellular physiological mechanisms
• Management of people with 2-3-year experience minimum
• Expertise and mastery in cell culture, and 3D models
• In-depth knowledge of genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics
• Good knowledge in MS Office, images analysis software (Image J, Zen), statistical software (Jump)
• Need to be autonomous in the work, well organized, rigorous.
• Be agile and responsive.
• Good communication skills
• Be curious and passionate for research, skin biology, new technologies, cosmetics products
• English: good level
