SCOPE      

 

Coty is seeking a talented, highly motivated and experienced individual to join Italy E-commerce Team. Reporting to the Head of E-commerce, as Key Account Manager E-Retailers Prestige you will own, implement and manage the e-commerce strategy of the top priority online beauty B&C players to achieve defined business objectives (KPIs).

 

You will work closely with the Commercial, Media, Influencer and Marketing Teams in Italy. You will also be responsible for the coordination and alignment with other countries and with the Global E-commerce Team for the management of international projects.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

E-Commerce and eRetail Media strategy & planning

 

  • Build strategic partnerships with E-Retailers, keeping an omnichannel mindset;
  • Contribute to develop, agree and deliver an annual E-Commerce Joint Business Plan with key international customers;
  • Define E-Retailers’ promotional calendar: to align calendar and mechanics with the Commercial and Marketing Teams;
  • Explore business opportunities and translate them quickly into incremental sales;
  • Define Brands’ eRetail media strategy for the Italian customers, based on global guidelines to be tailored to distribution and local needs;
  • Define both short term & long-term eRetail strategy & budgeting;
  • Plan Social Media activations via retailers’ social media accounts i.e. Instagram, Facebook etc. following social and digital calendar; manage and monitor the performance of the campaigns.

Business report & research

 

  • Monitor and optimize E-commerce KPIs (Profit, Sales, Market Share, Online weight, ROAS, CR, Traffic, SOV, SOS, Content Score);
  • Deliver monthly E-commerce report on managed customers;
  • Monitor key competitors’ E-commerce activities across Italy;
  • Research for new E-commerce and Digital Marketing trends across countries;
  • Local POC for the global OCD coordination.

 

Online activation management

 

  • Ensure perfect execution of Coty Prestige Brands on E-Retail sites;
  • Build competitive & category knowledge to identify best practices across E-Retailers and Brands and share expertise and recommendations with the Marketing Team;
  • Work closely with the Marketing and the Commercial Team for exclusive activations, special events incl. influencers, and support cross channel marketing activities;
  • Implementation of online activations and strategies to drive growth in both offline and online channels;
  • Update E-Retailers assortment and master data as per retailers’ process and drumbeat;
  • Work closely with internal Multifunctional Teams to proactively streamline all aspects of E-Commerce processes.

 

Education and Other Skills

 

  • Master’s degree level, Economics/Marketing Management would be preferred;
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years in Digital, E-commerce sales PP/B&C, Trade or Marketing;
  • Data driven planning, being able to balance between Commercial and Marketing;
  • Previous experience in beauty sector is a plus. Passion for Beauty – Fragrances, Colour Cosmetics and Skincare;
  • Strong collaboration and leadership skills required;
  • Strong analytic skills;
  • Sharp organization skills – Able to make the complex simple;
  • Excellent written and spoken communication;
  • Language: proficiency in English;
  • Full mastery of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
