Senior E-Commerce Manager, Latin America

In this role, you will lead the set up and penetration of COTY brands for Ecommerce key accounts/retailers across LATRAM (Latin America & Travel Retail Americas) region. You will be responsible for developing and overseeing the brands online sales, seamless user experience and customer journey on the web. You will be responsible to manage end to end relationship and performance for top e-retailer partners in LATAM & TRAM.




The expert on the e-account by building a strong partnership with key stakeholders such as local distributors, local affiliates across LATRAM region and key retailers to drive agreed business growth and turnover

  • Scope out opportunities for growth and key initiatives to leverage category growth and market share within key accounts
  • Innovate and activate key launches, campaigns and collaborations with marketing and the local teams for impactful brand presence leading to business
  • Ensure right presence on brands across top skus to ensure discoverability, build customer experience through brand pages under eTailers and product page details and compelling reasons to drive purchase
  • Innovate presence and utility of tech and digital where relevant
  • Investigate into potential DTC (direct to consumer) opportunities
  • Support scoping future partners in terms of development potential, profitability, sales revenues and develop and implement the necessary plans of action
  • Build a sustainable relationship with existing customers (Distributors, Affiliates, Retailers). Answering day to day client enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Analyze the results of the sales in depth to jointly develop new ways to optimize the performance of the accounts
  • Gather cross-functional inputs to determine company-wide opportunity values
  • Support the development of LATRAM e-commerce and omni-channel strategies
  • Work closely with Global Luxury teams to ensure Licensor agreements are well respecting, taking high care of the Luxury image of our Brands.

The ideal candidate should be/have:

  • Experience of at least 5 years working in sale roles, with responsibilities of online key account management
  • Expertise in ecommerce business, including the deep knowledge of market place and pure play ecommerce
  • Experience with Retail or Beauty sector is an advantage
  • Understanding of digital and tech savviness are key skill
  • Analytical skills with good knowledge of Excel and ability to interpret complex data
  • Think like start up mentality: staying proactive, flexible and adaptable in rapidly changing environment
  • Hands-on mentality, not afraid to tackle administrative tasks to develop accounts
  • Being a creative thinker
  • Speak Spanish fluently
