Customer Service Analyst

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Order process via EDI/manually in SAP
  • Stock availability review and allocation
  • Escalation of approvals needed, price differences, material not on hand to the correct teams to solve issues to prevent FR% hits in the fulfillment of the orders
  • Price validation for all the orders to maintain 100% Invoice Accuracy
  • Ensure the credit hold release of the orders from Finance Team
  • Delivery creation and transmission to Logistics Team
  • Complete follow up of the OTC process  
  • Providing support to Finance Team for Credits and Debits orders
  • Following up on incidents (rejections, returns, etc.) with the various areas involved implementing future solutions.
  • Monitoring KPIs and generating strategies for continuous improvement and automation of processes.
  • Building strong relationships with the Commercial, Logistics and Finance team to align and provide the best experience to our customers
  • Master data activities for extension and/or re-activation of new codes to the correct Sales Org, Plant and SLoc
  • QS3 testing processes/orders
  • Execute reports for fill rate %, deliveries, sell in volumes, open orders, etc for daily activities (KPIs)

 

 

 QUALIFICATIONS

 

We’d love to see candidates who have:

 

Essential:

  • Undergraduate degree (MBA is a plus)
  • Can do attitude

 

Desirable:

  • At least 3-4 years in Customer Support AND/OR as a Customer Service Representative
  • SAP experience
  • Customer satisfaction driven
  • KPIs experience: FR, On time, OTIF, etc
  • Focus on finding final solutions for stoppers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Effective time management and prioritization of activities
  • Advanced skills in Excel
  • Advanced English
