We are actively looking for our future National Account Manager who can help us deliver sustainable commercial growth within our E-Commerce Team. This role will work across Pure Players and with a specific focus on Skincare.





Business Planning

  • Review Company Reports to build an understanding of customer objectives and direction
  • Plan, develop, agree and deliver an annual Joint Business Plan with the key customers with support from the rest of the team
  • Develop category and brand revenue growth strategies from data, insights, other market/customer information
  • Build partnerships to deliver integrated on-site and off-site campaigns

Strategic Planning

  • Build strategic plans to deliver short and long term company, customer and consumer objectives
  • Partner with customer, brand and commercial excellence teams to identify growth opportunities in the channel
  • Develop strategic projects within the channel to ensure future growth of the business

Forecasting Responsibilities

  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
  • Manage Gross to net controls to optimise profitability of channel
  • Manage an investment plan alongside team to drive consumer awareness whilst maximising profitability


Knowledge & Experience

  • 4+ years e-commerce experience
  • 2+ years building e-commerce plans to drive skincare penetration
  • Experience in P& L management, budget planning and customer management
  • Understanding of digital media products essential 
  • Proficient Excel, numeracy, and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
  • Committed to deliver results, tracking individual goals and objectives
