Are you a motivated and ambitious individual with a passion for the art of visual merchandising? If you're eager to gain hands-on experience in the exciting realm of commercial operations, we invite you to become a part of our team as a Visual Merchandising Intern starting from July 2024.

As a Merchandising Intern, you'll seize a unique opportunity to learn from seasoned industry experts. We're seeking individuals who not only bring creativity to the table but also thrive in managing administrative aspects, reflecting a holistic understanding of the business landscape.

The internship will help you acquire skills in visual merchandising, trade marketing and retail excellence. The Merchandising Assistant is an established team player, passionate about Beauty and the In-Store environment, with experience and appetite for owning the creative. This role will provide valuable experience, on-the-job learning, mentorship & autonomy to deliver work that will make an impact on how our incredible brands appear in stores around the world.


  •      Responsible for supporting the Visual Merchandising action and implementation of Permanent and Temporary executions.
  •      Develop in-store campaign toolkits, to support best in class market execution. Build in strategic insights, to ensure creative is optimised for the store channel.
  •      Day to day support on the implementation of Permanent animations and product launches considering all customer touch points to build customer centric retail concepts. 
  •      Development of forecasts, briefings, management of external agencies, communication to internal teams, final implementation, and reporting.
  •      Supporting the visual and digital updates across the Permanent estate in collaboration with the VM Project Managers.
  •      Key support for new boutique / new door openings, contributing to organise all elements and teams appointed for the launch, attending, and actively contributing to physical merchandising days.
  •      Work in close collaboration with markets to assess market competitive landscape for cosmetics & personal care around the world (portfolio gap, pricing & business model)
  •      Conduct monthly visits to key doors to ensure the best VM standards are met, and product launches are correctly implemented in store. 
  •      Collaborate with the creation and updates of VM monthly guidelines ensuring all product launches and animations are communicated to guideline standards. 
  •      Support of performing administrative tasks for raising Purchase Orders, invoicing, ordering testers and merchandising tools. 
  •      Integrate sustainability as a key driver of the visual merchandising action.

Technical Skills:


  •      Ability to manage multiple projects.
  •      Creative and conceptualisation skills.
  •      Office package literate: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  •      Strong Power Point skills to create outstanding presentations and ability to present to different stakeholders is desirable.
  •      Adobe Creative Suit: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign skills are desirable but not essential.

  •      Strong team player who is very well organized with a sense of priorities.
  •      Ability to work autonomously and multitask in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
  •      A passion for the beauty industry, keenly following the latest trends.
  •      Strong attention to detail. Creative eye and appreciations of aesthetics.
