HEAD OF PRICING AND REVENUE

WIMBLEDON

12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT

 

 

As the Head of Pricing & Revenue you will be instrumental in driving efficiency in the way Coty operates in the UK&I. You will deliver a clear understanding of generating business growth through pricing & margin expansion coupled with topline focus across the business. You will also champion Revenue & value creation workstreams across the business. You will become the heartbeat of the commercial organization, leading a team to be singularly focused on driving the Commercial growth engine through efficiency & optimization creation for Coty UKI.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

As our Head Of Pricing & Revenue the scope of responsibility includes, but does not limit to, list prices, price corridor setting, contract pricing, trade promo policy, customers’ incentives and customer terms as well as for providing guidance around internal sales incentive program design.

 

The role will also cover change management elements, from leading the development of capability change plans, embedding the Revenue Management mind-set and ways of working, to ensuring the application of newly established corporate financial & internal controls within this area

 

Your main focus :

Revenue Management

  • List prices, RRP adjustments, contract pricing and price corridor setting (CPI) (CSSP) (VAR)

  • P&L management & deep understanding of the economics of Coty and customers

    • Brand & Category Budget construction and long-term forecasting

    • Trade spend (fixed & variable) monitoring and value-based analysis (pre and post)

      • Channel prioritization & E-Com investment shape evolution

    • Customers’ incentive schemes and customer terms to drive long term revenue growth

  • Create & Drive R&O process & embed into S&OP as owner 

 

Commercial Operational Excellence

  • Own the communication of internal pricing changes as the champion of revenue & operations

    • Lead a deeper analytical understanding of the business. Data into insight into action into performance review. Working with CMI, Comexc and brand marketing and the finance team to deliver data driven decision making and data driven business success. (CPI)

  • Create, drive & embed NPD initiative process to support S&OP local & global teams

  • Leading Luxury Giftset program – yearly cycle in line with strategy

  • Create & drive mutualized financial business planning model for Coty FY23 + future

  • Lead Deal opportunities for UK&I - review internal P&L impacts and liaise across functions to ensure external market dynamics are balanced alongside KPI opportunities.  

  • Manage end to end impact of the deal cross-functionally & with clear communication in a timely manner to reach targets. 

 

The team consists of 20 passionate individuals leading the UK organization in Commercial strategic thought leadership driven by Data decisions which are fuelled by Category & Consumer Insight data pools. You will work closely together with Sales, Marketing, Supply & Demand and Finance departments often leading as the central lead for cross functional alignment. All your team mates and peers will partner with you leveraging their commercial capabilities to generate positive outcomes. YOU ARE A COTY FIT

 

You like to take charge and make things happen. As Head Of Pricing & Revenue you are self motivated with energy, enthusiasm and dedication to succeed and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:

  • Experience in FMCG industry in Senior Operational, Business or Finance partnering roles demonstrating excellent Financial & Commercial acumen

  • Experience on Net Revenue Management and P&L is essential

  • Strong analytical skills are a must, as you evaluate multiple & detailed data sources to identify clear commercial insights, KPIs and deliverables

  • Experience with price strategy development, analyzing elasticities & in market behaviour and impact to brand performance during short & long term conclusions

  • It’s necessary to have highly developed influencing skills along with gravitas, influencing senior stakeholders both locally and globally

  • Resilient and solution focused mindset
