Fancy working with some of the world’s most prolific Luxury fragrance and cosmetic brands such as Gucci, Tiffany, Alexander McQueen, Burberry, Chloe, Marc Jacobs, Hugo Boss, Philosophy, COVERGIRL, Max Factor, Rimmel, Sally Hansen, Adidas and Nautica?

We are Coty UKI and we are recruiting for a HR Student Placement role which will provide HR support to three distinct populations:

  1. Wimbledon Head Office across different levels from General Manager to entry level, across all functions – Finance, Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing.
  2. Field based employees called Fragrance Consultants (FCs) who work in the perfume/beauty halls of high street and premium retailers such as Harrods, Boots and House of Fraser. This population report into field based Business Development Managers and they will be your main interface with this population.
  3. Fragrance Consultants who are working in airports across UK & Ireland in our Travel Retail division.



The role will support across areas including employee engagement, talent and performance management, training and development, employee relations, compensation, benefits etc., relying as necessary on Coty HR Managers and HR Centres of Excellence and market/in-country HR Leads.

We are looking for a self-confident, quick learner, with plenty of enthusiasm and a desire to make their mark. You will be a team player and an effective communicator, with demonstrated experience of working collaboratively and making an impact. You will hold the ability to manage changing circumstances through a flexible, adaptable and pragmatic approach.  




  • Be a key point of contact for 3 client groups i) head office employees in Wimbledon, ii Field based employees, predominantly Area Managers and iii) Travel Retail Fragrance Consultants and to provide timely and appropriate guidance, coaching and problem-solving on all aspects of HR policy, process and operational matters.
  • Support and/or lead on ad-hoc HR projects at a local level such as Global on-boarding, Health & Well Being, Global Benchmarking, Digital brand solutions etc. 
  • Provide comprehensive support for end-to-end employee lifecycle processes working through multiple internal stakeholders  
  • Liaise with the HR Administration and Payroll teams to ensure timely delivery of HR services to Wimbledon and field based teams such as documentation, payroll query resolution etc
  • Support in HR analytics management and People Data for Coty
  • Support the engagement agenda for Coty Luxury UKI and putting in motion relevant action plans and creative initiatives to enhance engagement 
  • Support on employee relations matters, including running disciplinary and grievance investigations if relevant
  • Assist with the design and delivery of relevant learning and development initiatives 
  • Management of internal communications
