FULL TIME 5 DAYS A WEEK (37.5 HOURS INCLUDING WEEKEND WORK)

ROLE SUMMARY

The Gucci Beauty Consultant will be responsible for delivering sales targets in a specific store by making sure to execute in-store excellence and provide brand information and influence clients by demonstration of products and application of Make Up

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Team working

  • To maintain excellent communication with the Business Development Manager
  • To keep informed of all Company initiatives
  • To demonstrate ownership for counter/area and daily responsibilities
  • To develop relationships with store staff and management and liaise regularly with the Coty Luxury Office team when required

 

Customer Service

  • To build relationships with clients to sell, influence and persuade them to buy by demonstrating the products
  • To find and suggest alternative and add-on sales
  • To deal with client queries effectively and efficiently
  • To deliver Customer Service standards in line with Exquisite Moments

 

Standards

  • To accurately complete Company paperwork within set guidelines and time limits
  • To submit weekly and monthly sales figures with trading comments on time
  • To adhere to Company uniform and grooming guidelines
  • To ensure the effective and efficient running of the account at all times
  • To maintain housekeeping routines and Company standards of visual display, in line with store guidelines

 

Skills/Experience

  • Essential skills in the Luxury environment to include fragrance and make-up
  • Excellent communication
  • Excellent client service and selling skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Excellent Numeracy and literacy skills
  • Use of IT tools such as Excel.
  • Highly self- motivated and driven
  • Able to work both as a team or autonomously
