Graphic Designer





As our Graphic Designer, you are responsible for supporting the design studio on multiple Brands (Rimmel, Max Factor, Sally Hansen and Mass Fragrances).


This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is creative minded, forward thinking, imaginative and loves to work in a fast-paced environment. You will have the chance to brainstorm and come up with engaging, creative concepts for events, instore POS and work with an array of well-established brands. Working closely with Brand teams and POS Managers, the Graphic Designer will have a clear understanding of the requirements of the business to plan multiple projects, balancing the creative vision and objectives. Working closely with the POS managers, Brand, and the Creative team you will be part of the vision for creating outstanding sites in-store. To excel in this role the ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator who works well within the team but also has the self-motivation to work autonomously. With a fast-paced environment, you’ll need to work quickly and efficiently, and occasionally jump in and out of multiple projects at a moment’s notice therefore it’s vital that you’re adaptable and able to work collaboratively. This role will be reporting to Creative Studio Manager.


Your main focus:


  • Executing the creative direction for concepts to handover a precise brief to the agency for Art working across multiple sites.
  • Responsible for supporting in the supply of POS print assets for manufacturing.
  • Work closely with different teams and stakeholders on various pitches and briefs.
  • Have the confidence & ability where necessary to present Supporting the Design Studio to create creative instore POS executions in line with calendar plans.
  • Take and interpret briefs while exhibiting a clear understanding of the messaging and objectives
  • Executing & developing creative proposals that bring fresh and innovative ideas to content.




You like to be creative and have an appreciation of aesthetics. As an experienced Graphic Designer, you have extensive experience in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator as well as working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment which energizes you. Other than that, you:


  • Are able to read and draw Technical/ Manufacturing drawings / flat artwork.
  • Have an understanding of creative designs, trends, techniques and process across various touchpoints.
  • Are demanding of others (internally, agency, customers) to achieve programme delivery and business results.
  • Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset.
